Slipped Capital Femoral Epiphysis - Anteroposterior

Osteoarthritis secondary to slipped capital femoral epiphysis. Anteroposterior and lateral radiographs show the abnormal position of the femoral head relative to the femoral neck. Femoral head is medial and posterior to the normal anatomic position resulting in abnormal forces across the hip joint which has precipitated osteoarthritis.
